๐ฑ Message on: +91 9319463601 from your registered mobile number to register your complaint through our BOT system.
2๏ธโฃ Tenant App
Register/Login using your registered mobile number on the RentOk Smart Tenant App.

If the issue remains unresolved, contact your assigned caretaker.

Escalate further to the Property Manager if required.

If you are using an AC, kindly share a clear photo of your AC meter reading at the time of shifting to ensure proper electricity tracking.
You are also required to share the AC meter photo every month whenever requested to ensure timely and accurate electricity bill calculation.

Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited on the premises.
โฐ Curfew for Outsiders
Outsiders are not allowed on the property after 11:00 PM.
๐ก Electricity & Water Usage
Please use electricity and water responsibly.
๐๏ธ Handling of Provided Items
All provided items and amenities must be handled with care.
๐งบ Washing Machine Usage
Avoid using the washing machine for very small loads. Minimum recommended load is 8โ10 clothes.
โก Energy Conservation
Please switch off geysers, fans, ACs, and lights when not in use.
๐ Common Amenities
Common amenities are for shared use only and must not be kept for personal possession.
๐ซ Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities such as gambling, ragging, drug usage, or any unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited.
๐ณ Kitchen Usage & Hygiene
Tenants using the kitchen are fully responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
๐ฐ Electricity Billing Policy
Electricity charges (common + AC) are applicable even if a tenant has not stayed in the room.

โช๏ธ A mandatory 30-day notice period is required after completion of your lock-in period.
โช๏ธ Notice requests are accepted ONLY through the RentOk Smart Tenant App.
โช๏ธ Electricity bills must be paid on time. Every month, the electricity bill will be added to your Tenant App profile.

๐ Rental Agreement Signing (Mandatory)

Signing your rental agreement personally is mandatory. If not signed, you may face issues during refund processing as it violates our refund policy.
Also ensure all required profile details are filled properly, such as:
