🔧 Complaint & Maintenance Process
For any issues, please follow the escalation process for faster resolution:
1. Tenant App: Register your number on the RentOk Smart Tenant App and raise your issue.
2. Caretaker: If unresolved, contact your assigned caretaker.
3. Property Manager: Escalate further if required.
4. Support Team: Email us at support@gharapna.in as the final step.

📄 Mandatory Documents

PAN Card
Police Verification
(All documents are available in your Tenant App profile.)
📶 House Information
Wi-Fi name & password, house rules, and regulations are available in your Tenant WhatsApp Group description.
Please read all rules carefully and follow them during your stay.
❄️ Air Conditioner Usage
If you are using an AC, please share a photo of your AC meter at the time of shifting to ensure proper tracking.
📸 Inventory Record (Very Important)
At the time of move-in, create a photo/video record of all items provided to you.
Similarly, maintain a record during move-out to avoid any disputes.
